Dennis' Christmas Chili
This label design is inspired by traditional Christmas elements alongside sophisticated modern elements. The shade of red varied by the spiciness of the chili. This versatile design leaves an opportunity for various types of chili to be displayed clearly to consumers. I came across one issue while designing this label, making the title stand out amongst all the other information. I overcame this challenge by adding contrast with the shade of red.
Just Tea-Licious
Nature's natural healing properties inspire this tea brand. The low opacity background gradient allows the consumer to see what they are investing in clearly. There are also distinct differences in the labeling of each flavor for an easy grab and go. Along with the individuality of each flavor is a description of its health benefits. Many mindlessly consume drinks daily, but this beverage will be appealing to those who desire to quench their thirst and those looking to continue a healthy lifestyle.
The design process began with research for the top competitors, which was Pure Leaf at the time. The target audience was then determined to be individuals who take their health seriously. I then created a variety of designs to appeal as trustworthy as well as valuable. The description of health benefits allows the consumer to feel more in control of their health by knowing exactly what's inside. Finally, I created a mock-up of the product within a real-life environment.
